L'Hells Angels MC dà il via alla Riding Season

Eventi - Come ogni anno, l’Hells Angels MC, il più prestigioso club motociclistico mondiale, chiama a raccolta tutti i motociclisti italiani per dare il via alla “Riding Season”, la stagione fatta di motoraduni, di bikershow,

di manifestazioni legate al mondo delle due ruote, ma soprattutto di migliaia di chilometri percorsi in sella alla propria moto.
Si attendono centinaia di Harley’s Davidson, chopper (moto da strada con forcella lunga in stile “Easy Rider”) e moto di ogni genere sabato 4 aprile in piazza Castello. In testa al gruppo ci saranno proprio i membri dell’ Hells Angels MC Milano, organizzatori dell’evento, che con la loro bandiera con il teschio alato guideranno il gruppo di bikers che sfilerà per le vie milanesi.
La Riding Season terminerà con un lungo party alla Club House degli Hells Angels (a Giussago (PV) ) che proseguirà tutta la notte a base di musica dal vivo e fiumi di birra.
La scorsa edizione dell’apertura della RIDING SEASON ha visto presenziare più di 700 moto.

Un gruppo di motociclisti, tutti reduci dell’aviazione dopo la seconda guerra mondiale, fonda quello che sarebbe divenuto il club motociclistico più grande del mondo prendendo il nome proprio dalla squadriglia di giganteschi bombardieri dell’aviazione militare : HELLS ANGELS.
La leggenda è nata.
Negli anni successivi, con i riflettori della cronaca sempre puntati addosso, il Club trova sempre più motociclisti disposti a vestire il teschio alato con l’elmetto da aviatore e a farne una propria ragione di vita, sempre in strada, sempre in sella.
A Oakland, a San Francisco e poi in tutta la California, gli Hells Angels diventano una leggenda vivente.
Dopo gli scontri di Hollister del 1947 dove gruppi di motociclisti (oltre 4000 secondo le cronache) crearono disordini in quella piccola cittadina di provincia a sud della California, la reputazione dei bikers è sempre stata cangiante, a volte problematica per i media e per le forze dell’ordine con fatti di cronaca piuttosto pesanti ma, non raramente, “manipolati”.
Ma per la gente comune, specialmente a cavallo tra gli anni ’60-’70, il biker ha sempre avuto un’aurea romantica e indipendente e gli Hells Angels nell’immaginario collettivo hanno sempre incarnato questo spirito di libertà.
Proprio gli anni ’60 hanno visto gli Hells Angels in rapida espansione in tutto il mondo. Prima la costa est degli Stati Uniti, poi il Brasile, la Nuova Zelanda e l’Australia e contemporaneamente l’Europa. Dapprima in Inghilterra, poi in Svizzera, in Germania, in Olanda, in Francia, in Austria, in Danimarca e nei paesi della Scandinavia. In seguito arrivano il Sudafrica, e finalmente L’Italia.
Il 16/12/95 a Milano il mito biker, che da mezzo secolo incendia gli animi, trova corpo e da subito si fa notare con iniziative sia sportive come i tradizionali moto-raduni che culturali.
